FAQs & Return Policy
Q: Will we be restocking?
A: As of right now, we won't be restocking most of our past prints that have sold out BUT we may bring them back later in a different color way. This ensures you're always buying something badass and new! Turn on that notification bell and "get it while you can".
*we may restock our seasonal items/specialty prints (ex. "The Legend" polo)
Q: When is our next drop?
A: Follow our IG and turn on that notification alert to get the drop on any new products we have coming out! No set release dates for future prints.
Q: Do we accept returns?
A: Of course we do! Just send us an email and we can either exchange your polo for another one (size and/or print) or if we cant find one to your liking, we'll send you a return postage and issue a full refund on any un-used products as soon as we receive them.
Exceptions:
A: We will accept returns/exchanges on items WITHIN 30 days of the purchase date.
A: All sales final on items that are marked down or site wide sales.
Q: How is shipping handled?
A: All items are shipped USPS. Sugar Caddy is not responsible for lost/stolen packages or packages damaged during shipping. Matters such as these must be taken up with the postal service.
